Bureau Translations' Project Management team is responsible for engineering and handling the nitty-gritty details of all translation projects. We treat project management and translation engineering with the same analytical mindset employed when designing and building a skyscraper.
Our Production Department analyzes the overall project framework, available resources, schedules and specific texts, in order to ensure that the final product meets our clients' specs. In a constant effort to reach the ultimate goal of delivering timely translations, they then monitor project development activities and interact with our Quality Assurance team in a collaborative decision-making process, ensuring that all translation projects comply with the most demanding quality standards.
