As soon as we identify talents in the translation area, we evaluate candidates' strong and weak points based on our own linguistic methodology; then the potential candidates are submitted to a training process focused on company-developed practices and methodologies.
Our selection management team rigorously evaluates all candidates' work in order to guarantee compliance with our linguistic standards. Approved candidates become Associate Translators and obtain the translator linguistic certification., as well as remote access to our term bases and translation memories.
Only the very best Associate Translators are invited to become full-time members of the Bureau Translations team.
